Privacy

CamAlmanac is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments and no newsletter, so we hold no name, email address or password of any visitor.

Audience measurement

The site loads Google Analytics 4 on every page to count visits: which pages are read, roughly from which country, on what kind of device, and which links to rooms are followed. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. We use these figures only in aggregate, to see which sections are useful. We do not combine them with any other data and we do not use them for advertising.

Google acts as a processor for this measurement. You can block it with any common content blocker or with Google's own opt-out browser add-on; the site works the same without it.

Server logs

Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (address, time, page requested, browser) to keep the site secure and working. They are deleted on a rolling basis and never used to identify visitors.

Your country and language

To respect restrictions set by performers (some choose not to be shown in certain countries or languages), each page is adapted to the country reported by our network provider and the language your browser announces. This happens at the moment of the request; nothing is stored.

Links to rooms

When you follow a link to a room, you leave CamAlmanac. The platform that hosts the room has its own privacy policy, which applies from then on. Affiliate links tell the platform that the visit came from us; they carry no personal information about you.

Cookies

CamAlmanac sets no cookie of its own. Google Analytics may set measurement cookies, as described above.

Your rights

Since we hold no account data, there is usually nothing to access or delete. For any privacy question, write to the address on the contact page.
