These terms apply to your use of camalmanac.com ("CamAlmanac", "we"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please leave the site.

Adults only

CamAlmanac lists adult live cam rooms. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult material where you live. Do not use the site where such material is unlawful.

What the site is

CamAlmanac is a directory. It lists public rooms hosted on a third-party platform and shows figures drawn from our own checks of those rooms: when they are seen, how large their audiences are, and what performers declare about themselves. We do not host, produce or control any broadcast, and we are not a party to anything that happens inside a room.

When you follow a link to a room you leave CamAlmanac. The platform's own terms, privacy policy and payment rules then apply. Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy something after following one.

Accuracy

Our figures are averages of automated checks. They describe habits, not promises: a performer may change hours, take a break, rename their room or stop broadcasting at any time. We correct errors when we find them or when they are reported, but we make no warranty that any figure, schedule or listing is complete, current or accurate.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy the site's content or data in bulk, or scrape it in a way that burdens our servers;
  • attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security;
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The site's design, texts and compiled data belong to CamAlmanac. Usernames, room images and broadcasts belong to their owners and appear here only to identify public rooms while they are live.

Removals and complaints

Performers can ask for their page to be removed, and rights holders can send copyright notices, at the address on the contact page. Each request is handled by hand.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CamAlmanac is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or of any third-party platform reached through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
